	David is the founder and President of Integrity Bankcard Consultants, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in Acquirer Back Office Solutions, including Underwriting, Risk, Merchant Operations and compliance with Visa and MasterCard Rules and Regulations. Integrity has provided Risk Management Assessments and/or Analysis of the Risk Involved with the Merchant Base to numerous banks, processors and MSP/ISOs. David has over 25 years experience in the areas of financial crime and insurance fraud investigations. He has worked with many of the major financial institutions around the world, and has extensive experience working with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. In the 1980.s he received training from the Metro-Dade Police Department and the United States Secret Service. He has experience in the training of the Secret Service and local law enforcement agencies to understand, recognize and prosecute credit card fraud. While at Barnett Bank and Southeast Bank, he worked with a combined counterfeit credit card task force in South Florida, which resulted in over 120 arrests and convictions. In the 1990.s he worked on the acquirer side as a manager with Peach Tree Bancard, Harbridge Merchant Services and First Interstate Bank in the areas of underwriting, compliance, chargebacks, collections, security and investigations. He has attended numerous VISA and MasterCard training seminars. David has testified in state and federal court over 300 times and is qualified as an expert witness in the area of credit card fraud investigations. David is a member of The Green Sheet Advisory Board and is Contributing Writer on various ISO issues. He has been a licensed private detective for over 10 years.
